LONGSAIL SURFACES

EPOXY TERRAZZO

A surface.
Many possibilities.

Colour, aggregate and carefully planned details come together in a poured, ground and polished surface. Developed with your design and delivery team.

DESIGNED WITH YOU

Start with the character
of your space.

A sample should answer a design question. We discuss the visual direction before defining a project-specific material and mock-up.

01

Colour & contrast

Explore the relationship between the binder colour and the aggregate palette.

02

Aggregate & scale

Discuss fine, mixed or larger aggregate effects with the intended viewing distance and space.

03

Finish & details

Coordinate sheen, divider lines, perimeter junctions and transitions to other materials.

ENGINEERING FIRST

Good floors begin
below the surface.

The proposed build-up must respond to the actual substrate, environment and use. These are the questions we review with your team.

01 / Substrate & moisture

Existing substrate, cracks, movement joints and moisture conditions.

02 / Use & performance

Traffic, cleaning, slip resistance requirements and applicable project specifications.

03 / Build-up & junctions

Available floor depth, substrate preparation, divider layout, thresholds and adjacent finishes.

04 / Mock-up & handover

Agree the sample, site mock-up, inspection criteria and care plan before wider installation.

Before you specify.

Can we develop a custom colour or aggregate mix?

Yes. Share reference images, a colour direction and the project use. We develop the sample route together; the approved physical sample defines the visual target.

Can epoxy terrazzo be used outdoors?

Exterior use needs a separate review of UV exposure, moisture, temperature and the selected system. Discuss an appropriate binder and surface system with the engineering team.

What technical documents can we discuss?

Tell us the destination market and project requirements. We will confirm the applicable product data, safety information, test evidence and installation guidance available for the proposed system.

How should we plan maintenance?

Include cleaning, protection and repair access in the specification discussion. Agree a care routine for the actual finish and site use at handover.
